Abstract
These data were collected to establish baseline levels of certain contaminants and nutrients in the community members in Old Crow, and to identify possible associated dietary, demographic, and lifestyle exposure sources. As part of this work, samples of human blood, hair, and urine were collected in a biomonitoring clinic in February 2019. These samples were analyzed for parameters including metal nutrients, Omega-3 fatty acids, toxic metals, persistent organic pollutants, and emerging contaminants. Demographics, dietary information, and lifestyle factors were collected as part of three surveys administered to participants. Data collection methods are consistent with those published by Ratelle et. al. in 2018.
