Abstract
This dataset contains wastewater surveillance data (SARS-CoV-2) and common fecal indicators for three sites in Ontario. It also contains clinical cases by episode date provided by Ontario Ministry of Health.This dataset was used for the publication "Assessment of seasonality and normalization techniques for wastewater-based surveillance in Ontario, Canada".
