Abstract
This dataset presents concentration values of selected organic micropollutants (OMPs) measured at a full-scale municipal wastewater treatment plant in the Grand River Watershed, Southern Ontario, Canada, between November 2020 and March 2023. The data were generated as part of a study evaluating the effectiveness of a hybrid membrane aerated biofilm reactor (MABR) upgrade in improving OMP removal. Samples were collected from plant influent (INF), the MABR effluent (MABR), and the final plant effluent (EFF). Measurement includes pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) and endocrine disrupting compounds (EDCs), analyzed using an Agilent 1260 LC coupled with a 6460 MS. Samples were collected as 24-hour composites and underwent solid-phase extraction, concentration, and reconstitution before LC-MS/MS analysis. Concentration data were processed using Agilent MassHunter software (v10.2) and corrected based on recovery efficiencies from matrix-spiked samples. Values below detection limits are clearly noted as BDL.
